Giving You the Tools to Independently Manage Your Condition
In September 2017, Dr. Shane Weber and Dr. Luke Steiner opened Elite PT. Their main focus was to emphasize QUALITY over QUANTITY. Their vision was that therapy should be highly specific and individualized based on patient needs. This is why each patient is seen one on one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy!

“I was born and raised in Dickinson, went to DSU for undergrad, and finished my doctorate at the University of Mary in 2014. My wife and I currently have 8 children, who keep us very busy daily. When I’m not chasing them around, I like to hunt, play basketball, and ski in my free time.
I am very passionate about physical therapy and am fortunate to have the opportunity to use my training to help others. My experience has been heavily weighted in orthopedics and sports medicine, guiding patients through rehab with evidence-based treatment that yields results!”

My goal as a physical therapist is to tailor your plan of care to your specific needs and desires to achieve a healthier and happier life.
Outside of physical therapy, I enjoy exercising and being active. I’m a certified Level 1 CrossFit coach, so when I’m not in the clinic I help coach at the local CrossFit gym. I enjoy spending time with my wife, hunting, golfing, and watching the Minnesota Vikings. SKOL Vikes!”

Outpatient private practice has allowed me to treat my patients with pride and has allowed me to use my knowledge to its fullest potential.
